The proximity sensor for 12 and 24V DC monochrome strips is a versatile and compact solution that fits a wide range of LED profiles on the market.

It is mounted on a 10mm wide PCB. It is trimable, which means it can be cut at its ends to fit different widths of LED strip: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm.

The connection to the LED strip can be easily made using quick connectors.

Its operation is dual: it acts as a switch by detecting proximity movement, such as the passing of a hand at a distance of 8 cm or less, automatically turning on the LED strip and turning it off when the gesture is repeated.

In addition, it functions as a dimmer: by placing your hand in front of the sensor, it starts to adjust the brightness of the LED strip.

The distinctive feature of this sensor is its ability to operate without the need for touch or interaction with other elements, making it an ideal choice for installations in environments such as kitchens, laboratories, bathrooms, and hospitals.
