Do you need a flexible LED neon but can't find the right color? No problem! Now, thanks to our flexible silicone cover, you can turn any LED strip into flexible LED neon.

The flexible silicone sleeve of 10x18mm allows for integrating any LED strip with a width of 8 or 10mm IP20, turning it into a flexible LED neon. The sleeve is made from co-extruded silicone with an opal cover. High quality, it does not crack or yellow, and is also suitable for outdoor use thanks to its IP65 rating.

Installation of the 10x18mm flexible silicone profile

The flexible silicone sleeve contains a cord throughout its interior that allows for a quick and easy installation of the LED strip: simply tie one end of the cord tightly to the beginning of the strip, and gently pull the cord from the other end until the LED strip is fully installed inside.

The cover is supplied in lengths of 5 meters and can be easily cut to the required length. It is important to remember that the cut will depend on the preset cutting distance of the chosen LED strip.

The silicone cover 10x18m for LED strip is designed to bend sideways, as the LED strip integrates upright on the side. Therefore, this cover does not allow folds at the base (the solder joints of the LED strip could break). This cover is perfect for creating three-dimensional letters, signs, drawings, and all kinds of shapes. The light emission is frontal.

The right cover corresponds to the 18x10 cover, and the left one to the 16x16. Depending on how we need to curve the neon, we choose one or the other. When curving vertically, we will use 10x18, as the PCB of the strip will be able to bend without issues.

If the project needs to curve horizontally, we will use 16x16 as the PCB will be able to follow the curvature required by the project.

It is important to remember that to achieve uniform lighting, 120 LED per meter strips should be used for single color and 72 LED per meter or higher for RGB.
