The RGBW 24V LED Strip offers you infinite color combinations

The RGBW LED strip is one of the most technologically advanced and highest quality strips in our catalog. It incorporates cool white light diodes in this case, (there is also one with warm white light) RGBWW LED strip), which allows you to use the strip decoratively or for ambiance, especially if you use colored light, and you can even adjust that color towards cooler tones thanks to its W option. If you only want to illuminate, it is also possible with its cool light diodes, which will provide you with very powerful light in cool white tones.

Characteristics and installation of RGBW strips:

It is a very powerful strip as it provides a total of 96W over its 5 meters and 300 SMD5050 chips, which means each meter has a power of 19.2W/m and 60 chips. It offers approximately 60 lumens per watt of consumption, so if we install the complete 5 meters, we would obtain about 5760 lumens.

The steps to follow for the proper installation of the RGBW LED strip are exactly the same as for any other LED strip; the only difference is that we must use a specific controller for the control of the whites, both to illuminate in cool white tones and to adjust the RGB colors.

In our LED lighting store, we have two types of RGBW controllers (which also work for RGBWW strips): one portable controller and a recessed touch controller. It is also essential the RGBW receiver since they operate via radio frequency and a suitable 24V power supply that matches the capacity of the installation to be carried out. We also have the specific cables for RGBW/RGBWW strips and connectors.

We cannot forget that for a perfect installation of our LED strips, it is highly recommended to use aluminum profiles for LED strips for better heat dissipation and will help extend the lifespan of the LED strip. That's not its only advantage, as it will provide you with a premium finish and you have different diffusers to soften the light according to your needs. Additionally, incorporating it into the profile is very simple and quick thanks to the fact that the back of the strip comes with a 3M adhesive.
