This surface-mounted watertight box, designed for the emergency light fixture with reference B1050, offers a level of protection IP65.

Made of durable ABS plastic with a frosted transparent polycarbonate diffuser, it comes with all the necessary mounting, fastening, and sealing elements.

Installation of the waterproof box for emergency light

    1. For a proper installation of the B1050 emergency light in the sealed housing, the surface accessory and the diffuser of the light fixture must be removed, exposing the LED plate.
    2. In the waterproof box, the sides must be perforated according to the provided marks to pass the wiring, and then the tri-proof gaskets included in the package must be placed. Subsequently, the wiring for the emergency light is carried out.
    3. The lamp fits inside the watertight housing, and the rubber seal is placed around the perimeter, ensuring that it is perfectly integrated into the assembly.
    4. Finally, the diffuser is placed in the housing and screwed into the sides.

Uses of the waterproof box for emergency lighting

This surface-mounted waterproof housing is ideal for humid environments exposed to splashes, rain, or condensation. Its application is particularly beneficial in outdoor warehouses, underground parking lots, metro tunnels, among others.
